Meine letzte Flasche :-( Dieser recht klare, glänzende Nebbiole ist schon in der Nase überzeugend. Dieser würzige, elegante Barbaresco erfreut am Gaumen mit seinen moderaten Noten von dunklen Beeren und einem Hauch von schwarzer Schokolade. Geschmeidig und Elegant. Ein wirklich schöner Barbaresco!
Parker: The 2006 Barbaresco Montestefano is a lovely, mid-weight Barbaresco redolent of dark plums, prunes, spices and menthol, all of which are woven together in a frame of exquisite clarity. The Montestefano reveals terrific detail and a long, focused finish. I wouldn’t wait too long to enjoy this wine, as it is already very complete and upside potential seems somewhat limited. Anticipated maturity: 2010-2016.
